Backlink Analyse

How can I analyze the site before building the back-links? I mean is there any tool through we can find that the site is still good in eyes of search engine. WHat are the other factor that we have to keep in mind while analyze the website before link building.

Every website/business has a theme, so we can try to find out in SEs that our business is getting associated or similar to our competitors meaning same theme. Second do we have good posts on website that attract interested users, if yes then we must getting prominence for few keywords. We can do analysis with WMT, Analytic tool etc... to see phrases which we can improve and get well ranked for, then follows the promotion.

I have been using Keyword Spy for many years to find out about everything about my competitors and how those that made it big did it. Also, google keyword tool can turn up a lot of information when you use your competitors url or a successful url.

I use SEMRush (which is like KeywordSpy that another poster mentioned). Enter a website's domain into SEMRush and see if the site ranks for any keywords (SEMRush shows keywords that a site ranks for in Google). If it does then the site is probably pretty good (after all Google is ranking the site).

You can use online tools like Opensite Explorer, Ahrefs for backlink analysis. Check what kind of links website getting and what are anchored keywords used. What is current Da & Pa? Find out weither website has copied content or broken links.

You can use ahrefs and OSE for analysing the backlinks to the site. GWT is one the greatest tools to analyse your backlinks from a Google's perspective. This is something that you shouldnt miss out.

"WHat are the other factor that we have to keep in mind while analyze the website before link building."

Before online promotion of any website it is vitally important to make its SEO audit. Major SEO factors to pay attention to: robots.txt availability (and its validity), meta-tags (Title and Description), sitemap.xml, unique and optimised content, backlink quality and ...oh, a lot more other factors to check out. I also use ahrefs, it's a pretty good tool. Gives you number of backlinks referring to your site.

You can find backlinks through Google webmaster tools. You can also use Ahref tool which provides proper details about all backlinks.

ahref tool is limited for certain number of backlinks. Incase of webmaster tool, you can get all the list of backlinks related to your link.

Hi,

You may find a great help to analyse what are you looking for, if you make use of combination of these tools:

1-- majestic seo
2-- moz site explorer
3-- Google keyword planner

You can scan the Anchor texts that your competitors niche are using for targeting and positioning.

Regards
