I have 7500 followers and counting, twitter is more about branding than traffic, even though i barely get traffic when twitterfeed tweets my new post, it's a good information stream, keeps you updated and helps you network with an audience that suits you.

but I agree with iowadawg it's the quality that matters
How many of those followers do you chat with each week, how many Retweet your links, how many are real humans and not just spam bots

If you run the unfollow - It will tell you right off the bat whether you are being followed by bots or real people - Within 24 hours of runing an unfollow you will most likely see your tweet follow count drop by 25% - 50% because most twitter spam bot have auto "unfollow those who unfollow me" on autopilot on their account - that's a good indicator of spam bots VS real people

I think the iodea is they follow you in the hope that you reciprocate, then they spam you.

I was closing in on 2,000 on my first account, and that got bugged to where noone could see my Tweets.

I made a second account, and the same thing happened.

Now I'm on my third account with only 140 followers. It's taking me longer to get followers than it did on my first account.

Just enter in your twitter info and you will be back down to zero followers in a few minutes - You can also choocie who NOT to unfollow - pretty handle tool

Does your old followers will still appear after a few minutes or will totally disappear when you use this tool?

darn you have a lot of followers and I still haven't break the 100th barrier I only has 34 or 35 followers. I'm really slow to gain a lot of followers eh.
