How To Bulk Unfollow In Twitter?

Hi...

Can anybody help me? i have lots of people whom I have followed when I first joined twitter but the have not followed me back. Now I am stuck at 2001 and Twitter does not allow me to follow any more people.

how do I bulk unfollow all the people who had not followed me back?

Any hep will be most appreciated...thanks!

First Click the following link below your name then find the Icon remove and click it

http://twitter.com/friends
then click remove.
It should be pretty quickly.

Have you tried deleting them all? Or unfollowing them all?

Twitter Karma didn't work for me but Huitter worked great.

Just a little tip:
When you unfollow those not following you, do it in 2 steps

1) Unfollow everyone not following you. Keep the window open and 5 minutes later mass follow them again. Many of them will then follow you once alerted a second time.
2) After a couple of days unfollow the ones who have still not followed you back.
