ideally bookmarking is meant to be used by a person to bookmark the sites which he thinks are his favorite
But if you are thinking from SEO prospect then it should be done on multiple sites with multiple users from multiple IPs to give you the real advantage. This means multiple users from multiple places around world bookmarking your site. Similar to getting votes for your website
