I get this message almost everyday, in any browser. Sometimes it works when I open the link in a new tab but not always. Another error I got is that the page does not load at all when I try to refresh the page or just go to another page. I then need to press F5 once again and it works. It is like there's a timeout.

Please try not to bump a 1 year old thread.

It would be best to contact Twitter about this message since this same issue could of been reported to twitter already. Could be a bug that needs to be fixed or something else.

Here are 2 ways to get help on Twitter.
