I think so too. Facebook has this massive traffic in its network than any other social networking sites. With its fresh features like Facebook layouts, games and lots of others, Facebook is able to attract more and more members

Why is twitter better? I've heard success stories (mostly super affiliates) having success with facebook ad's. Seems more people are on facebook then on twitter daily. I could spend hours on facebook chatting with friends or playing games. The ads that are shown will eventually get a click from me.

The truth is that each has its advantages and disadvantages and will tend to appeal more to different types of people and for different reasons. Each can have great or little value to anyone; it really depends on what you are trying to accomplish in a given situation.

I use Facebook.. and Twitter

Both are good for some reasons. Each has its own good side. For Facebook, it is more of getting the personal interest, while on twitter, I think the topic is of general interest.

Face Book is the better than Twitter for Marketing.
Because in Face book you can explain in brief about your business.

I personally love twitter for promotion as it is very easy to create and build up the network. I was very active in twitter before some month after that I stopped following people, but still I can see 5-10 people follow me daily.

I prefer twitter purely because I find it easier to interact with others, even thought the 140 char limit can be a pain sometimes.

Both are very different platforms, and to be successful in either you need to know why you're doing it, how it will benefit you and your users, and if it's worth your time and will genuinely build your brand. Jumping in without planning may end up working against you as apposed to bringing a positive impact.
