Twitter: How Do You Time Your Tweets?

I have a client newly on board with Twitter, but she only has a half an hour or so in the morning to Tweet and I think she sends out too many at once ... I'd like to see her Tweet from time to time throughout the day. I know there are platforms for managing timing of Tweets as well as automating some recurring Tweets. I use SproutSocial myself and love it and I've used Tweetdeck, but it got buggy and I couldn't get it uninstalled to start over.

Please do tell me what you like and dislike about the platform you use - and if you have used more than one, how do they compare, please. I appreciate you taking the time to reply - and will be sure to give helpful answers some green. (I also want to discourage one line drive by answers, thanks.)
