hmmmm I don't think its particularly addictive. I used to have a facebook page and it went to ruin. I was busy working and thought that it would be better to just close the account off. I have one now, but its for the company I work for, and its gets updated when I have the time to, which seems not as much as I thought it would be.

It could be only for the people who don't have much work to do.

Well, you have to figure that out of a kabillion users some are going to find it addictive. I do believe some of my Facebook friends could use an intervention.

I don't find it that addictive, as I don't have too many friends on the site, but I do agree that the new changes are irritation.

I believe all Social Networking Sites create addiction cos after all man is a social animal and thus like playing, uploading photos or videos and watching them.

I stick to the Facebook only on my weekend. In working days it is not possible to open it easily. My boss is totally against this site. And Boss is always right

For some yes it is addictive but the hole idea if you like something very much is to know when to stop.

As for myfirst use I find it addictive, I get in-touch with my friends, got some updates from people / Celebs I and play some game I find addictive as well.
I love reading my friends' status, viewing their albums, do commenting, socializing in the internet ... that's what I'm doing before.
But then when I'm starting to be more aware about Netiquette, more strict and behave properly in the internet, I get annoyed to those people who always updating their "Status" depending on what they are doing and where they are, DUH? I don't care what they are doing and where they are, if want to know, I will ask them personally with a PM or write something on their Wall.
I'm tired of reading spams, seeing pictures of people I really - really don't know.
Been tagged in photos I'm not interested in and not asked for.

You might find me stubborn with all of these, YES I am.
Then I already deactivated my Facebook account and up for future deletion. I rather stick in some forums I find useful and will contribute to my personal development, like here in v7n.
Yes, my facebook addiction turned now to v7n addiction. Not to brown nose folks! Really!

Thanks,
MrSS
