Getting people to actually talk instead of flogging their stuff (big wigs and regular Joes included). My cat has better success talking with people than my serious accounts.

Seems people have forgotten the social part of social media. Automated posts, not noticing replies, etc.

One way to increase the amount of time you interact with others on their pages/walls but not just business related stuff - truly taking the time to get to know them.

And accepting that people are better on some sites than others. I am horrible at trying to keep up on Twitter, but on FB I do better for some reason.

Making sure my content is continually engaging to my fans is always tough. You never want to have a post that anyone will dislike. Getting content that makes people want to respond and comment is always tricky.

As we all see that in these days social media has much effect for success of our business. When one dealing with social media then the hardest part is to fulfil the other people's need on social media. Need in the sense to provide the meaningful information according to their need.

My #1 challenge in Social Media (Facebook) is getting more eyeballs with ease and getting people join and participate in our promos / contest.
To tell you honestly most LIKES I have are solicited and sometimes BEG for it.
The contestants we have are implanted, meaning we ask our friends to join.
Sounds desperate, YES. Since our business is just started.

So far we just have more or less 1.5K Likes.

Any suggestion is highly appreciated. If you need more information to help any suggestion better, that will be fine.

For now, it is to take a PAGE of mine to 100K likes. As of now it has only 1.1K likes.

Hold on, as I comprehend the focus of this thread is our #1 challenge in Social Media(s), meaning how can we fully use it in link building and in other way that will benefit us and if we are really challenged in using them, then Admin Cricket / other people will give us answer to address our #1 challenge.
NOT our challenge to social media to improve and develop more features.

Did I comprehend it correctly? Admin Cricket, I need to know which.
