Tyr to determine if it will be simple for you to establish a profile on that site and post your content and check whether or not it has a huge user-base. You tube for me can be a great deal for marketing.

I think Facebook , Twitter and the Google+ are the most popular media site for marketing because their are approx billion of people connected to it and it help a lot in the marketing and increasing the web traffic ..!!

personally, i would say ALL.
after the interacting with the different social media which few of them got more interacting with people and bigger community, then, focus at which few sites.
for me, facebook is much better than myspace and hi5.
in twitter, i cannot find any good interacting, however, the china one, such as weibo and qq got more than thousand of community and good interacting. they are also my viral resources too.

Twylah is a new social media site that sort of piggybacks off the success of twitter. You can create visually appealing pages which should help in promoting your brand. Plus, it's a high pageranking site (5 at the time of this post) and so should help with SEO purposes. Like Pinterest, you need to request an invite and you're in!
