It really depends on what you're trying to do. Twitter is great for short promotional material or driving traffic. Facebook is better for more in depth information that twitter can't generate in your feed. What you need to do is think about what you want out of your campaign, then look at the constraints of each of the media sites out there, which site fits what you want to do? Use that one.

I believe, fetching benefits from media sites depends on you... For me, Youtube is driving good traffic. But if you cannot do video marketing, Youtube is worthless for you.
