Google+ is better than Facebook.

I like Google+, as much as I wanted it to be popular as Facebook .. reality states that it's not.

Well first of all, Google+ gets you recognized as an author in the SERPs so I am seeing that as a huge advantage right now. Otherwise, they're very similar and it just depends how you want to use them. I've kept my Facebook limited to friends and family because it is a great way to keep in touch, but I don't want to get work stuff mixed up in that because it would be like bringing homework to the playground.

G+ has a smaller user-base, yeah, but they're more likely to share interests in technology and politics. Also, Google really wants to use social signals in their search rankings, but Facebook and Twitter are making it hard for others to tap in to their data. So between that and the obvious bias toward their own properties, G+ is probably going to have a disproportionate influence on traffic flows.

Anyway, I just started really using it a few days ago. I'm sure I'll get bored with it in a few more

Facebook is far far better than Google+, and i am sure G+ can't compete the facebook like feature.

I can find stat's that say Google+ isn't that popular to the regular folks who don't use social media to brand themselves or marketing there sites. Facebook seems to be the most used social site for both business people and regular people to communicate.

That blog post was written 308 days ago. Both facebook and Google+ has made many changes since then. I can't comment on that blog post because the information is out dated in my own opinion.

I agree that Facebook is popular but I have heared these words from People "we get bore now with Facebook"

So at this time Google+ is the better way for social media activities. If we regularly update unique posts on our G+ page then Our visibility on Google search results (Right side on Google+ results) increases.

first of all Google plus will give you do follow links which fb doesn't give.
Nextly as fb is sharing all the info from timeline this is not happens with fb

google plus is better, but facebook has people addicted, its not all about being "better" its about what people are hooked on and facebook has that. I like google plus but no one spends as much time on it...

Google + seems like one of Google's 'temporary tryouts' and knowing Google, they will probably abandon it in the future if it doesn't generate enough buzz for them.

I personally like FB better than G+ as well, the layout of G+ just doesn't work for me.

I don't think Google+ will rank number 1 over Facebook at all. Facebook just just had there IPO yesterday and to please there investers, they will do what they can to stay number 1.

I hope Google+ is giving some search impacts if you get more popularity for your entries however, the facebook fan page is more popular in terms of huge number of accessibility. If you are focusing Google search engine more to make most of your business Google+ is a right choice for you that is what I believe.
