Am I safe with direct publishing?

I have a SocialSpark account and it is asking for direct publishing access if I want to get offers and leads from their site. What I dont understand is the term "Direct Publishing". If anybody can help me get this, I will be very happy.

Please help me understand this term, anybody....??

What this means is that on SocialSpark, once your blog post is approved after submitting it, it is then published directly onto your blog. Meaning it's posted live on your blog while you not online or not currently in your blogs dashboard.
