Eh, it looks better but i'm still not impressed.

I don't really like it so far not to mention that half of my screen is wasted with white space and a prominent, non-customizable, non-removable topmost-right part of my Google+ home page looks like this:

Britney Spears
Nicki Minaj
Whitney Houston

I agree with you. I don't know if in time i will like the new look but right now it's like a young Facebook look. lol

Perhaps a few more tweaks will be made over the next week or two.

I think the design looks much better now compared to the previous design of Google Plus. What I just don't like is it has more whitespace on the right between news feed and chat.

I tend to be a creature of habit and am slow to like changes, but I really just don't like the way it looks right now. The extra white space drives me nuts. I could also care less that Kanye West is trending right now. Still not a fan of Google+ no matter how hard I try.

I like G+ and FB because my choice has to make large network and I have seen many professionals are attracting to new network.
