What can you say about the new look of Digg?
It is my first time to see their new design since they changed it. So, what can you say about it?
For me, it looks like Pinterest, but still their site is easy to navigate.
How about you?

All efforts are ruins in one second, everything wasted in increase followers, sharing links, dugg some informative resources. The new look/desing is not as effective or seo friendly as before.

Their new design is great, I really like it. But they can not force me to new rules. Facebook to log in? No way! How about Ping.it, do you guys have accounts there?

Rather using Digg at a continuously basis but after watching the new look of Digg I must say that it's quite related to other social networking site (Pintrest), I was just hoping to get back the looks of Digg which provides a user friendly experience.

The new interface does not look like Digg anymore. It's cleaner and refreshing, but I supposed with so much pictures, it does take up bandwidth.

I was disappointed to see the change, in large part because it wasn't just a design update, but they fundamentally changed how the website worked. My first reaction actually was to design a mockup for my own version of digg and having grand aspirations of filling the gap for all of the disappointed users! I even started coding much of the functionality. Don't worry -- I did finally come to my senses and stopped working on it (at least for now) since I do realize there are lots of other sites out there and getting the user base to support a site like that would be an immense task.
I also hate to see more and more sites looking like pinterest. I've seen quite a few sites that I use follow this basic design, and half the time I can't figure out what site I'm on. Hopefully this design trend will pass quickly! I like the design principles, but it has become cliche.

The old design was good and I don't see a reason why to change it so significantly - not only the design, but also how the website works in general. It looks now more like Pinterest, which wouldn't be a bad thing - Pinterest looks good - but we already have one and we don't need more of them.

Yes, it now looks like pinterest. Well, Pinterest is even better than the current design of digg since photos are more appealing in that layout.

In place of simple text links and vote counts, visitors will see large images, a more spacious layout, and bold, crisp headlines. The new look is partly the result of Betawork's decision to include the audience in the site's rebirth.
