Facebook Now Punishing Pages That Ask For Likes

Facebook is finding more and more ways to not share your posts. Now they are actively searching for posts that ask for Likes and not showing them...
Quote:
You’re not clever enough to fool Facebook. Asking users to “Like this post!”, sharing the same link or photo over and over, or bait-and-switching people with links to ad-filled sites will now get your Page’s reach in News Feed destroyed, the company said today. Share unique, interesting content and you’ll be fine.
Read the rest here for more tips on how to keep your posts from disappearing :

Well this is akin to Google not wanting you to click on your ads on your sites. Those kinds of posts soliciting links are also akin to spam...now im sure this will irk a few people, but just wait until Facebook then comes out with a pay service which lets you solicit likes.

Much Thanks,

BiologyWebmaster

Yes, you are right, Facebook is now very much strict about its policies like Google. As i have told you before that in future SMO is going to be the golden key to success for bloggers these are the tailors that Facebook is striking.
