Free High PR Links? Forget Digg or Reddit!

Looking for some easy PR 6 - PR 9 links? Digg and Reddit may get the traffic, but it's not easy to get on a high PR ranked page. Chances are unless you can be first with a top story you're gonna be stuck 20-30 pages or more deep at the very least.

On the other hand, Netscape.com typically has PR 8 several pages deep in most categories with articles featured with as few as ONE (!) vote (compared to having to get 1000 or more votes on Digg to get to the top ranked pages).

My advice? Let somebody else Digg for the gold and give some of the other sites like Netscape a try for some high PR links!

I'll definitely agree with you on Netscape. An article I submitted weeks ago to Netscape still holds the front page of Google for a specific keyword.

I wasn't really a fan of Digg anyway.

What's the URL for the netscape service like this?

I've used DIGG and while I only got dug a handful of times it helped me rank pretty darn good.

Wow, I didn't know this. I always digg but never really gotten any success not unless you link anything erotic or electronics do you get digg. Thanks for this info.

No, nothing is easy and nothing is fast, there is just so much competition out there. You just have to work harder and provide better content than everyone else to be successful. Well my first test was a huge success. I wrote an article, gave it a new page on my web site. Then posted the article to it on Netscape, Google crawled it last night now the article that I wrote is ranked on page one of Google. My article ranks higher than the page I created. So the proof is in the pudding, it works.

I too am HUGE on netscape and I'm always confused when people don't list it when talking about social bookmarking. I've had very good success with netscape not only with backlinks but with really high quality traffic. The traffic is much less ad blind than digg's which tends to be techgeeks. With netscape you reach regular people, customers, ad clickers. I've made sales of products through netscape traffic. As mentioned, netscape pages tend to rank very high in the search results.

Try other social bookmarking site like digg, netscape, magnolia and technorati. This will help boost traffic for a site.

I've only used Digg.com until... I have just submitted a few of the top stories from my blog and I will see if any extra traffic comes in!
