Here is my review:

abhinav0987 offered me 50 SB on the best SB sites on the web. Most of them have PR 4+ and only 6 have PR 0 - 3.

The report looks professional and it gives the url and PR of the SB site, the landing url, email/login and password. Here I have to point out that in some site email/login and password didn't work and therefore i think it would be better to list only login id or email and not both of them, because you might get confused and don't know which to use.

However, I checked over the half of them and I found my link at almost all of them.

I think it is a good service and of course it is at a reasonable price.
