There are many people who needs such a computer: like, designers, Game developers, 3d animation creators etc.

Such super fast computers will help these people a lot. On the other hand, we are ok with just one core2duo or quad processors unlike the supercomputers where there are two Intel Xeon processors

In the amount of 10K here in our country you can already bought a parcel of lot. This is quite expensive but a very powerful computer recommended to all game developers and designers.

rofl, ArmA and ArmAII (even OFP) were all resource pigs upon release. The one thing you can say however about BIS where you can't with many other devs is that they stick with it and continually update the game; try saying that for Codemasters or EA.

While it's true that hardware moves forward at a lightening pace, it is ultimately a good thing as these days even older multi core CPU's will run pretty much anything and run it well. The only exception of course is for gamers and other graphic intensive or heavy rendering applications where you have a small amount of the population paying these exorbitant high prices anyway.
