And .mp3 is for audio only, but you implied video. What I think you want to convert to is an .mp4. Just for when you come across the option.

I've used Videoria's converters in the past, but I'm not sure if they handle RealPlayer files. It's a free and streamlined program - I suggest you check to see if it does what you need.

Their are so many online tools by which you can convert files . Go to google and type convert real video in mp3 and you will get lots of results .
