How to update Avast virus definition without internet connection

I have installed avast version 4.8 Home Edition on a computer which is not having net connection. Now it becomes difficult for me to update virus in this computer. Please help me how to update virus data base in this computer without internet connection.

You might try downloading the update package seperately, if they offer such a thing. Then put it on a thumbdrive or burn it to cd.

Though if that computer isnt connected to the web, why do you need to have av on it? Unless of course you're installing web-dl'ed stuff in which case, you might as well connect it to the net if you're constantly downloading stuff from the web then burning it or putting it on a thumbdrive just to install it on the other computer.
