I am using a pentium 4 desktop though i also have a laptop, but since it became faulty i had to go back to my desktop. I even derive more comfort when i'm in front of my desktop.

I'm using a couple of desktops. I've had bad experiences with laptops in the past - very bad experiences. Desktops are far easier to pull apart and fix.

I'm on the Internet for hours a day and despite having the same firewall, anti-virus, anti spyware/malware installed on my desktop pc's and my laptop, windows gets trashed regularly
It's easier to install windows in a new partition on my laptop than load all the drivers for my desktop pc's - so that's what I do (an why I've got several pc's waiting for a windows re-load)

At the moment, my laptop.
Mainly since if I go home to see my parents or anything, I'd prefer to be able to easily pack-up my laptop. With a desktop I'd need to transfer any important files to a laptop then go home, etc.
I've always used a desktop though (apart from the last 1-2 years), and will do so in the future.

I got rid of the old PC a year ago and now have a Laptop at home. (Dell)
I love using the laptop. Most of the time i have my laptop setup in the other room in front of the big t.v. and surf the internet. It's great not having to be in 1 room all the time with a computer. lol

Laptop all the way! I can take it anywhere. Nothing beats lying in bed while your answering emails.

I get enough of using a desktop at my day job.
When I'm at home it's laptop all the way.
