In order to save the most important information,I usually save them on my own disk in case of loosing important data. And as for some information that doesn't important I would be able to select web applications.

This is really a problem for me.
I use bookmarking sites to keep my favorite sites, photo sites to store my photos and online disk to hold my files.

I do heavily rely on technology and I did get a little lesson when my phone died and all my important information couldn't be saved. I pretty much had to start over. Now I keep paper copies of everything from contacts to coupon websites.

The web is the only place I keep my contacts' email addresses. I should make a backup now.

It's one thing to store data using a web application but it's another to use it as backup or irregular accessibility eg when travelling.

As for me i don't usually save some important information online. I prefer some flash or disks, just to be on the safe side.
