Holy hell. My custom build is quick.

I'm running Windows XP Professional SP 3. It's got a Core2Quad Q8400 Processor, 4GB DDR2 RAM, a G41 motherboard and a 460W power supply. It cost $615 to build (couldn't quite go sub-$500 for a build that I could actually handle using).

It took 41 seconds to reboot.
