Need a Laptop
Need a new laptop, can spend up to £1700 or so ($3220).
Been looking at all sorts of Sonys and Toshibas, Pentium M processors etc.
Want at least 512MB RAM, 60 or 80GB harddrive minimum, DVD player, TV tuner highly desired, decent graphics card, decent screen size.
Any recommendations?
Some shop today gave me a print out of a Toshiba G10-133 which looks ok

If you want to spend that much, why not get something custom like an Alienware or a laptop from Hypersonic PC's

See in the Alienware, it says " Video-IN & OUT ports (TV tuner required)"
What type of tv tuner is needed? Cause i need one to watch tv, im not paying some tv license to watch my tv at uni, ill use the laptop instead. Ive seen these big box things that go into the USB port, but what one goes into the video in/out ports?

TV tuners are like $50 from a local computer store...
Or do you want one built in?
