I'm not trying to push a site but I just picked up a pile of proxy sites/domains and the one I find the fastest and simplest of the pile is http://www.cgi-proxy.info
.. Loads super fast for me. I have another one on the same server/ip but it loads slow, feel free to check it out http://www.joeproxy.com

As for proxy sites and owning them, they suck alot of bandwidth and reap little return on adsense. They are usefull for some people though and can be considered a contribution to slacking off at work

Anyhow.. my pile of proxies, about 10 or so are up and running and fully functional but not re-designed yet and not fully looked over other than making sure the TOS of google arent being broken by myself. As far as I see they run off phproxy and such. I still have to read their terms.

If you bother to check them out, let me know if you see anything that needs to be dealt with.

Actually it is all depend on what you are lookin for.
Probably the best free proxy server that give you higher level of anonymity along with encryption ability areTOR and JAP.
Only down side is that they are slow.
If you are looking for free web proxy server then is the best thing to visit some top web proxy list where you can find a hundred working web proxy server:

Another kind of proxies are non web free proxy servers that are very useful to bypass restriction and sometime to speed loading because of cache ability.

Sorry to revive an old topic, but I google searched a certain keyword and it brought me to this, so I will go ahead and give an input.

Try using http://IPSafety.net
That's probably about the best proxy i've ever used, still yet to be blocked by any schools/jobs I know of.. no idea why.
It's fast, easy, and I think they're working on a forum now and proxy buying packages.
Anyways, if anyone needs to use one, this is the one I wold use; been personally doing so for over a year now.

tried every proxy out there before I realized this. Then a friend in the Middle East where tons of web sites are blocked told me to get a Personal VPN. After a year I've never been blocked again, all web sites work properly and it's great for video.
