windows phone to outlook issues

Has anyone had the same issue I am having with my new windows phone on HTC trophy. I am trying in vain to synch with my outlook on our small business server running exchange. What a nightmare. There are countless forums with guidance but none will work for me. It seems to lie with the certificate. I have exported lots of certificates and installed to the phone and still it won't work!

Last resort is our purchasing a third party certificate but I wanted to avoid that on principal really.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's a pity no one has had this same problem. I have now purchased the 3rd party certificate and starting a new attempt to get it up and running properly. Dont buy the windows phone.

I am now eventually over my phone problems. How did i solve it? I shoke the manager in the Vodafone shop and got him in a headlock and eventually got him to accept the windows phone is utter garbage and give me an iPhone. It took me 15secs after having it to get the phone working as it should.

Did you ever have your Exchange administrator involved in this at all? (Exchange isn't something the user should get involved in, except to use it.)

Yes they were involved and i think from the fact HTC have moved away from Windows phone demonstrates how cr*p the OS was.
