high ratio of uniques

I was checking my projects and found that most of them have very high page hit counts compared to unique hits, however, one project stood out as having unique hits almost equal to page loads.

This made me curious...

What kinds of websites do other people find to have unusually high proportions of unique hits?

I would think the ultimate goal would be to have more pageviews than unique visitors, although you want them both to be high. To me, this says that you have a lot of content on your site and your visitors are interested in it, otherwise, your losing your chance at a 2nd date because of the landing page.

i was rethinking it... and yes, i agree... pageviews well above uniques is better than similar levels
