how do I remove the bad remarks from google.

Hi all,

I have a problem here, a few years ago our company had sent emails in large quantity and happened to find place in the spamming list. Now we have rectified our errors and have decided not to repeat the same mistake.

But when we type our company's name in google search the stupid toasters spammer complaint pulls up first with our company's name. I want help in removing that link, pls help.

I have tried to write to them, but fail to get any reply, and I'm confused as to what to do? can you pls help me.

well, when you get time...pls type emailappenders in google.
The first thing that comes up is this TOASTEDspam - ....

I want to remove this off the list. How can I do that?

The long and short of it is that you can't have it removed. They have every right to be there. The best advice that I can give you is for you to do some research on SEO and try and rank higher in the SERPs than the other link. You might want to create other websites and do the same thing so that you can get them ranked as well so that the offending website won't show up on the first page anymore

That is such a broad question. I am certainly not an expert in SEO, but I would recommend doing a search for SEO and I think you will find more information than you can handle. Just look around, there is a lot of different sources of information out there.

all I would say is just prove to people your not a spammer, also maybe get people to contact that website or you contact asking to please remove it

But all I would do is work on your repertation and make it as good as poss if you do that then you shouldnt worry about that spamming looking site
