Host site Backup

Hi
I have a small site hosted on the internet by GoDaddy. I am not sure what their data backup policies are, but I would like to get a backup of the site on a daily basis. I would also like to run some anti-virus/spyware checks on the site. Our users can upload files and download files from the site, post messages etc. on the site; so it is important that we backup things everyday and check the site for virii. How do I go about doing this?
Thanks

Get an FTP program and ask GoDaddy how to access your account webspace via FTP.

And, DO NOT rely on them to backup your website or data for you. You will be disappointed.

When you say backup of all the site - Surely you just mean a supplemental backup.

Ie any changed files, and perhaps a full DB backup.
