Audio CD to Data DVD
58 discs of music, with about an hour of audio each. I am ripping them to .mp3s at 320kbps quality.
Does this have any hope of fitting on to one DVD?

Hmm... perhaps two, then. It'll have to do.
Thanks.

If you did 160 kbps, it might fit, if quality isn't that important,
I can hardly hear the difference (mostly use it in car though)

The Tallis Scholars require quality. I'll probably just divide it up chronologically.

That is where I demand the best quality. I have two 10 inch subs in my trunk and a really nice cd/mp3 deck. I can definately tell 160 ... it's no good in my car

Yes... they do require quality. Don't screw it up!
Nice choice, by the way....

I was told a dual layer DVD will do the trick. And yes, my burner can do that.
True? False?

I have never personally used the dual layer feature. I know that a couple people have had problems with using this feature though. Shrug, it might do the trick but I would probably just use two DVDs to be safe.
