What do you use to prevent spam on Thunderbird

Is there any commercial solution? I did not hear positive things about its builtin spam protection.

Unfortunately, there are not much extensions there (unlike ff) and no anti-spam extension.

You can use outpost firewall. Its spam protecting power is very high.
