I had to quit using Firefox because it started bogging down my computer. Don't know why but I couldn't fix it.

As a designer (sometimes) I'll chime in with:
The best browser is the one (or two) that the most people use. That would make it IE --> FF in that order.

imo:
IE is terrible, 3/10 max - There's way too much clutter, you can't get rid of it easily, it's ugly, it's slow, and frankly, it's out-dated.
Safari is OK, 5/10 ish - I haven't used it enough to form a justified opinion I admit, but what I did see: It worked well on Macs, but there was no need to make it for Windows, it doesn't fit the theme and I had issues with certain sites.
Firefox is great! 8/10 at least - Faster, prettier and less cluttered than IE, easy to install / un-install addons, themes, and the whole program.
and the new one:
Chrome - So far I'd say it's on par with FF. The interface is lovely, NO clutter whatsoever, intelligent layout and address bar, as well as a few convenient features (drag tabs into new windows, quick bookmarking, paste and go, etc etc). If it wasn't for the UELA issues that are going round at the moment, this would win my vote as best browser, and it's only a beta!
So Mozilla is equal best for me at the moment:
Mozilla FF = Chrome > Safari > IE

In term of anti-spamming and anti-spyware, in think IE won't come any stronger than Firefox. Firefox is more suitable for webmasters because it has many add-on tools that will highly benefit for webmaster in doing SEOs.

For me I think Mozilla is the best one for now, because IE have a lots of bug. But maybe if they only Focused on IE and fix those annoying bug maybe IE will get the top position for having the best web Browser out there.

Mozilla firefox is the best browser. It is faster, secure and very easy to use. Features of Firefox are tabbed browsing, spell checker, incremental find, live bookmarking, an integrated download manager, keyboard shortcuts, and an integrated search system that uses Google. In firefox, webdevelopers can use their built in tools such as error console or the DOM Inspector or extensions such as Firebug.
