I think that it really depends on what you are looking to do. If it is looking at current events quickly then I would imagine that Yahoo would be a little bit more better then google as its homepage already has all of the graphics and icons and events set by default. I would look at the site set-up as a step above AOL but still a little bit kindergardenish.

If your purpose online is mainly to run an online business then I would have to vote for Google as it is "supposed" to be one of the best.

As for me I use google more than any other search....Then I would say if I can not find it on Google my second try would be on ask.com
