I voted for v7n, of course, webtalkforums, (...)affiliate(...)forums. Also try forum.kahuki.com cause you have much privileges there though spamming is not tolerated.

I say that your old one is still better than your new one. Though I think they have different theme objective but I still like the vBulletin's forum format.
