Affiliate payout amount

I wanted to know how much is the minimum payout amount one has to reach, to get paid as an affiliate.
And when is the payment made?

Payments are usually paid monthly or so. You should receive a payment today.

I have used and earned a few bucks from V7N affiliates and they fast, once you have crossed $50 and pay at the end of the month.
