Referring Clients

The directory listings can provide a nice PR Boost and I started referring some of my clients. Now my questions is two-fold....

Many of my clients prefer that I perform the submission for them...

1.) If I use my own/companies credit card for the directory purchase can I still receive the referral commission or is this against the TOS and I have to manually directly my clients to fill out the same form?

2.) Even better, can I purchase directory listings for my clients @ $25 each and cut out the whole waiting for commissions?

I'm fairly sure you can even refer yourself for new purchases, so I don't think the credit card should be an issue.
