Not that im criticising sevenseek by any means this is just a simple question
I am wanting to get more good links from sites to my hiv website, but i checked out sevenseek directory and see it costs 40 bucks foir a year. But noticed the category for where i would put my site http://www.sevenseek.com/dir/1284.php
has a PR of 0 . Is that even worth 40 bucks? I mean a can do link exchanges and get a link from a higher PR page than that? Just let me know, I'm not a expert at this. Thanks guys.

Better question is how much traffic will you get from them and is that traffic worth the money?
