I don't know if you answer this before. but here it goes again:
can I submit a portuguese language website with all the description and keywords in english?
I have already read your guidelines, If I missed something do you give the chances to make corrections?

Yes, you can submit a Portuguese language with English keywords. Just a note that we usually assign foreign-language sites to the appropriate regional category.

BTW, many directories now would not give a submission guide and the directory are full of keywords in title and description.

It is safest to expect NO TRAFFIC.

If your site happens to be about a topic that our users search for often, and if you use many descriptive keywords in the keywords field, you might get some traffic. Do not, under any circumstance, expect a lot.
