It wouldn't be too hard to have phpBB put everyone that has over X number of posts into a "Bluefind Discount" usergroup, then have the submitter login. If the script finds their username in that usergroup, they can go onto Paypal.

I think that too, plus many people would abuse the system.

Perhaps have this: Every month the best member gets a sponsered listing or a free submission (i doubt one free submission would hurt bluefind lol) - Perhaps have gfx comps? Or voting for best member?

I think that 1500 posts should be 50%.

theres no need for it anymore, bluefind is now established, which is another reason John will probably never have discounts again, why bring the directory down a level, it doesnt have to.

I am targeting a competitive phrase under the category “Video”. Paid my money this morning as well as other directories and if I notice a positive shift in ranking I will be adding more. I wish there was a discount for content sites :wink:

looks like i missed the party......lol

it would make sense to me if bulk submitters/purchasers got a discount.

as i only have 2 sites to submit, this doesn't apply to me of course and, despite views i've seen from other threads here, i actually think that the price is pretty good anyway (about £28 a piece?) considering that the page i'd be submitting to would be PR7.

compare that to yahoo's £199 (and even worse, overture's ridiculous PFI program)

so i will be submitting my sites shortly.
