A easy way to find threads that you created or posts is to use this simple method.

View your profile like so http://www.v7n.com/forums/members/funrockerz.html

Click on the Statistics tab

Click on "Find all threads started by funrockerz"

I have not had any coffee yet so giving you a simple method.

Top of the page.

3 band down there is a row of links. 1st one on the left is User CP. Clicking this takes you to your control panel.

Another method to get to where Snakeair described is to click your name in the top right of the screen beside Welcome, (your name).

Just click on your user name that is in every post you created or on top of the page.It will redirect you on your profile. Here you will see mini statistics with the number of your post. Then click on the "Show All Statistics" tab. Here you will get two option. One for reply and another for threat that you created.
