I'm complete newbie and need lots of help.

First of all my goal is to build a simple website but yet useful enough to put some merchants banners using the easiest free tools posible and spending the less money posible until I have enough budget and expertise to build a more complicated website and pay for tools and better hosting. I've seen other people working with Frontpage and I think that I'm capable to learn how to use it in a reasonable time. The problem is that I don't have enough budget to get it yet. I was wondering if there are similar free/affordable tools to get the job done. Keep in mind that I don't know html and my budget is limited.

Also I need help with the domain name. I'm sure that I want to advertise computers and electronics but I need ideas about how the domain should be named. I need a name related to electronics that is not used too much and is capable to give me good PageRank in a reasonable amount of time.

Also I need advise about wich affiliate programs are the best.

I need to apologize because I'm asking too much without apporting anything but in the future I hope to learn fast and help people that are in my position right now and release some weight from the shoulders of membres with more expertise.

there are several free programs for designing websites. google will turn up lots of results for you. if you are going to learn a program from fresh, though... i would suggest skipping over frontpage, and going directly to either dreamweaver, or Microsoft Expression Web. Dreamweaver is a little more difficult but more powerful. Expression Web is an excellent solution for small sites, and creates more compliant code than frontpage.

Thanks drudarby for your reply. I have no doubt that three software you mentioned are good but the are too expensive. I'm looking for free tools until I have a bigger budget. I've done some research and found three tools that seems to be similar to Frontpage. The are Joomla, Nvu and HTML Kit. Can somebody tell me of other similar free tools. Also I would like to hear your opinions from users.

i mentioned that if you google free web design program, you will find a list of lots of FREE programs.

joomla is a content management system that must be installed on your server. it is not actually a site building 'program"

I think the first thing you need to do is figure out what your site is going to be about and work on good interesting content that will make people want to go to your site. The best affiliate programs in the world will do little for you if no one goes to your site.
Also, just working on something you already have in mind will do wonders to help towards learning web design.
As far as free programs, like Drudarby said, just Google it. There's literally thousands out there.
Some of the good ones are:

HTML Kit -- a good HTML Text Editor
Kompozer -- a decent WYSIWYG Editor
GIMP for Windows -- a free Graphics program
Filezillia -- a free FTP Program.
Believe me, theses are just a few.

I would also recommend using FireFox with some add-ons like Web Developer and Fire Bug... just to name a couple.
And above all........................it would benefit you to learn some HTML and CSS. HTML is not difficult to learn and can do nothing but help.
