does any one use Evrsoft frontpage for webdesigning?
Hi,
I wanted to know your views about Evrsoft Frontpage 2006 website editor?
I was facing some issues with the software and wanted to know weather im the only one facing the issue or are there others?

I believe you mean Evrsoft First Page 2006.

What issues are you having?

The 2000 version use to rewrite my standards compliant coding to be non compliant.

I used First Page 2000 when it came out and just adored it. It did have a couple of minor bugs, but nothing I couldn't live.
So when the 2006 version came out I was elated. After many years of waiting the upgrade was out!
But I remember being very dissappointed. I wish I could remeber exactly what I didn't like about it. I do remember it was slow. And it would crash.
I think my biggest gripe was that I didn't find it much more different than the first version. And by the time First Page 2006 was out, there were several more HTML editors that did the same thing and were free. (Isn't the free version somewhat limited?) And the support forums (something I look for in any software) turned into an absolute mess.
Is First Page 2006 even supported anymore?

Why would you use anything buy Dreamweaver? It is the best by far.

Actually it closes on its own and there are other weird things too
