Add XML feed to my site.

Ok, I have read a lot about adding XML/RSS feeds to your site but I have not come across the right info I guess.
I have permission from NOAA (as any body can)to add there XML weather feed to mys site but I doint know how to do it and get it to display on a page in my site.
Do I need to uplaod a read or aggregator to my server that will read the code and display the content where I want it? I wanna add weather to my sitesd page similarIf anybody could explain how to do this to me I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.

You can get many freely available tools that will allow you to display rss feed as content on your website. If you are using a content management system like Joomla then there is abuilt in RSS module that will allow you to do so. Most other dynamic website platofrs will allow you to do the same as well. If you have a statis html website then you shuold be able to find a free php tool or something similar that you can easily add to your website.
