Suggestions on a script that includes Billing and a ticket system?

Hi All,

I am looking for a database driven script that can handle Client Management billing and support tickets, Something like ClientExec, WHMCS, or WHMAP.

Is there anything out there that is similar but isn't for web hosting. I'm trying to put together a pay for service help desk and I would like to have an all in one system where clients can sign up, purchase services and receive support. I would like the suppot system to have a ticket system and live chat.

I like the UI of Pearl desk a lot and I would use it if there was a way to integrate a billing system.

Do any of you have any suggestions?
