How often do you backup your database?

Just want to share recent experience about backing up databases. I ran my web site for several years without backing up the databases (I backup the web files, but not the database files).

One day I just thought, hey let me back up my databases. Three days later, my forums were gone. Not from data loss, but from sabotage. That was a very close call and I was able to life through that event having only lost 3 days worth of data.

Since then, I have been backing up religiously. Are you?

We backup MS SQL Server DBs each and every day (not for the site on my sig, it doesn't have a DB). You never know when the sh!t will happen.
