Need a bit of advice!

On my site there are two things that are really bugging me but I cannot find a way around it:

On each page in the bottom left hand corner is a small section showing our partners and a couple of text links. Trouble is, on each page it is in a slightly different place. (to clarify; it is the section with the rotating banner)

Can anyone think of a way I could set this out so each page lines up the same?

I hope the above makes sense! and thanks in advance for an ideas!

It's in a different place because it's always at the bottom and your pages are all different lengths.

I know, but what I am wondering is if there's a way that section could be fixed in a position so there is an even length between the text and the bottom of the screen rather than me having to keep messing about with it every time I make the page longer??

For example; this page: http://www.thecvstore.net/JobSeekerTools.htm shows a bigger gap at the bottom than http://www.thecvstore.net/CV_Writing_Services.htm

Sure. Just move the whole thing up into the table where the nav buttons are.

Oh, nvm. I see what you are saying. I don't know why that gap is there. It's not there in firefox.

Sure it's not the height of the table?
