Dreamweaver question

Hello,

I am trying to revisie a drop down menu using Dreamweaver CS4.
The problem is the button for the drop down menu on the htm page is part of 2 other buttons. I have attached a picture to show what I mean. I have no idea how to get at the button called"registration" so that I can revise one of the links in the drop down list.

Hope someone can help me out

If it's a spry menu you should see it at the bottom of your page when you click on it.

Revising drop down menu links-Using Dreamweaver

Hi again,

I highlighted the button area and the properties box at the bottom of the page doesn't appear to be telling me too much. I don't see any Spry indications. I have attached some more screen grabs to clarify.
If you have any other advice I would appreciate it.
Yes, I am a rookie at this stuff.

Thanks

Dan

It doesn't look like a menu looking at the bottom of the page it calls it a hotspot

I'm new to this also but try this

Open your screen split so you can see the code and the design screen.

Click on the button you want to change

The code for that button should now be highlighted in the code window

look in the code and look for the wrong link.

change only that text to the link you want.

make sure you type the link exactly as it appears on the page you want to link to (proper case)

If this doesn't work copy & paste the code into the forum so someone can have a look and they will probably be able to see what's going on

Dan,

Sorry, I don't have any solution to help you as I am a brand new noob here.

I actually want to learn how to use DW to make a drop down menu like the one found in the main nav at this site: http://shrdo.com/.

I tried posting a new thread after unsuccessful search for similar topic but couldn't seem to find a button for new thread.

I would be extremely grateful for your or any one's thought/recommendation on using DW to make this kind of drop down menu.

Thank you in advance,
wmstr2b

Edit: OK...I finally found the way to post new thread. Here is the thread I posted regarding this issue: http://www.v7n.com/forums/web-design...ml#post1145603

Please take a look and help me out.
Best regards
