How do you keep tracck of your websites?

I find it hard to keep track of information, etc for my websites (over 10) which makes me hesitant to develop more.

How do you keep track of your websites? What programs or methods do you use?

If you have ten websites, then this must be a regular job for you. I can't imagine someone having a day job and trying to manage so many websites.

Unless you just love your day job.

In which case, I think it will just take personal management. Just manage two sites per day; you'll be done within five days.

Or five sites a day and you'll be done in two days.

Of course, if all of your sites are with one hosting company, that should make managing and comparing the stats of your site much easier.

I am not sure what you mean by site information. Still if you are mentioning about the traffic to the site like information you can use google analytics which will keep track of your website.

Send a message via Skype™ to webopius
Godaddy to manage all my domains (40+ I think)
Google Analytics to monitor traffic
Google Webmaster tools to track keywords, links, sitemap issues.
Own scripts to manage backups
Mantis bug tracking to log and track bugs and enhancements
ProjectPier to project manage milestones and tasks for new site development
Clients are also pretty quick to shout if they spot any problems

...and yes, it's a full-time job!
