Are there any software programmers that allow you to 'block' yourself from websites for a specified amount of time (password protected)? I have tried programmes before, but usually you can just put the password in and it allows you back on. So I'd need something where you can choose how many days/hours you want to be blocked, and it won't let you in until the time is up.

Is there anything like this available? I'd rather it be free, but I am willing to pay if it's the right product.

if you know how to alter the scripts you have you can easily add a column or two in your user's table in the database(like: user_is_blocked -> boolean value, block_expire -> timestamp) and then use these two columns to check whether or not the user is blocked and for what amount of time...

it's pretty easy actually..
